The Orchard Park Action Group has been established to look in to any complex or unresolved issues at Orchard Park - the group decided to adopt the new name for the development as the name change is imminent anyway!!

OPAG is a formal group chaired by a South Cambs District Council officer, and the group membership consists of represnetatives from the District, Council and Parish Councils, as well as the developers and builders, plus District officers.

This page is meant to be a brief introduction and point everyone towards the formal issues log that is now being maintained by OPAG...please see the link to this file in the documents menu below this text.

At the bottom of this page is a contact form for registering new issues with OPAG - these will be vetted, discussed and agreed before being added to the formal issues log - please ensure you add as much information as possible - contact details will be confidential and not published, but should ideally be included to allow some follow-up questions to the logging of the issue.

OPAG is a good thing and a positive result from the SCDC Scrutiny Committee's review of the Arbury Park development. It has already worked with the developers to set a schedule for the tidying up of Orchard Park, the completion of some pavements, planting of some tree pits, the building of the public open spaces etc. I (Nick!!) am very excited to be a part of this group that is really empowered to make a difference at Orchard Park...
