I've heard from South Cambs that the community centre is almost ready to handed over to the new community council - it will still likely be some weeks after that before it opens as it's not yet kitted out with anything!! We may yet get it open in time for the summer holidays!! As regards social club, difficult to say...as part of the long term plans for the sports area (Public Open Space 1) by the hotel, there is land that was designated as a possible future sports pavilion...other than that I don;t really know of anything, although the retail centre could possibly host a bar/restaurant type option... Sorr that's not massively helpful...also sorry it's taken me so long to reply, been busy at work and home and just can't get it all done!!
